This Expression of Interest ("EOI") is a formal indication of your intention to purchase one or more plots of land developed by Greenland Integrated Services and Properties Ltd. located in Owerri, Imo State. By completing and submitting this EOI form, you ("the Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ownership
This Estate is solely owned and managed by Greenland Integrated Services and Properties Ltd. ("the Owner").
2. Plot Size and Allocation
Standard plot size is 465 square meters (465SQM).
Larger or smaller plot sizes are available upon request and are subject to availability. These plots attract different prices depending on size and location within the estate.
Plot allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed only after payment.
3. Purpose of Collected Information
All personal data and information submitted through this EOI form are collected solely for the purpose of generating receipts, land allocation records, and official documentation by Greenland Integrated Services and Properties Ltd. It will not be used or retained for marketing or other purposes outside of this transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Commitment
Submission of this form does not constitute a purchase contract.
However, upon payment of the initial deposit (if applicable), a non-refundable commitment to proceed with the purchase is presumed unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Documentation & Land Title
Upon full payment and completion of necessary administrative steps, the Owner shall issue the following documents to the Client: Receipt of Payment, Allocation Letter, and Power of Attorney. Clients are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence before making any financial commitment.
6. Payments
Greenland Integrated Services and Properties Ltd receives payment directly to its Corporate accounts.
Clients must confirm payment details with official representatives and ensure payment is made to the correct designated account.
7. No Guarantee of Purchase
This EOI form does not guarantee plot allocation. Allocation is confirmed only after full payment is received and verified, and the Owner has processed all relevant documentation.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this EOI or subsequent transactions shall be resolved first through amicable negotiation.
Where unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Imo State, Nigeria.
9. Amendments
The Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with prior notice to the Client.
10. Acknowledgment
By signing or submitting this Expression of Interest Form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
